Thank you for shopping with Sixth Sense Perfumes. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship our hand-decanted fragrances to you.


🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are hand-prepared and processed within 2–4 business days.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


📦 Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship via USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • USPS First Class (for smaller orders): 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Note: You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order ships.


🌎 International Shipping

  • Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary (usually 7–21 business days) depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark packages as "gift" or undervalue contents.


🛑 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order.

  • We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

    • Check with neighbors or your local post office

    • Contact USPS to open a case

    • Email us—we’re happy to assist, but refunds/replacements are not guaranteed for stolen items


💥 Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • We’ll do our best to make it right
