Because our decants are individually prepared and cannot be resold once opened, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any fragrance samples or decants.
β Exceptions & Refund Eligibility
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or leaking

You receive the wrong item or decant size

Your order is lost in transit (with verified tracking)
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for any of the above issues. Include your order number, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description so we can make it right.
